As part of our Services, we may provide opportunities for you to publicly post reviews, questions, comments, suggestions or other content, which may include Personal Data and portions of your user profile designated as public profile information, like your name or user name. Anything you share in a public forum is public, so think carefully about what you decide to share. We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you register for a user account, we use the Personal Information you provide in order to create and maintain your user profile and connect you with Lawyers, to assist with your legal needs. The information we collect as you use the Services also goes into developing and bringing you our various other features like customer support and personalized offer recommendations.
• Improving our recommendations and insights. The information we collect also helps us tailor our content and improve the way we match you to Lawyers through the Services and recommended offers.

Company may also use your collected data for various other purposes, including, but not limited to:

• To provide and maintain our Service
• To notify you about changes to our Service
• To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
• To provide customer support
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service

We are 128 bit SSL Secure, sensitive data like SSN, DOB are encrypted in transit and rest. The information is masked (like show only last 4 of SSN) if displayed.

Welcome to Local Search for Lawyers

Local Search for Lawyers’ products and services are provided by Body Focus International, Inc. d/b/a Search Local (“LSFL,” or “Company”). The LSFL Services provide an online and virtual marketplace that enables consumers (“Consumers”) to find and connect with independent lawyers that are unaffiliated with LSFL (“Lawyers”) through the Services to assess legal matters. Together, Consumers and Lawyer are referred to as “Users” or “You.” Please note, that LSFL is not a lawyer referral service.

These terms and conditions of use ("Terms") govern your use of LSFL’ websites, products and services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms of use carefully. By clicking on “I Agree,” or by browsing, accessing and/or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our privacy policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a law firm, company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these. USERS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT LSFL IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENTS OR ENGAGEMENTS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN USERS AND LAWYERS. LSFL HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE CONDUCT OF THE USERS OR LAWYERS USING THE SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IN CONNECTION THERETO, AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY IN THIS REGARD.

How the Platform Works

LSFL is a two-sided marketplace that connects Users and Lawyers for legal services. Consumers simply create an account on LSFL (or, if made available, sign in via third-party social login tools). Once Consumers verify their email, Consumers conduct a search for a Lawyer by providing certain information related to their legal matter (“Search”). The Consumer will then be able to review a listing (“Listing”) of curated Lawyers based on their location, availability and areas of practice and be able to see Lawyer profiles. Consumers then select the Lawyer of their choice from the Listing and the User connect directly with one another. Consumers can directly call Lawyers, or schedule an Appointment with the Lawyer through the Services.

LSFL makes no representations or warranties about the quality of any legal services provided by the Lawyers to the Consumers (“Legal Services”). The Legal Services provided by the Lawyers listed on LSFL are not controlled by LSFL, and Lawyers decide in their own discretion how to provide their Legal Services. We may conduct an initial internal review of Lawyer candidates and their profiles when accepting them as Lawyers on the Platform, but the LSFL does not otherwise screen Lawyers. Consumers are required to use their independent judgment before engaging a Lawyer or otherwise interacting with Lawyers while using the LSFL Platform. Consumers are solely responsible for making decisions when choosing to work with a Lawyer and may not rely on any internal screening process undertaken by Company. Consumers agree that Company has no liability for damages associated with Legal Services or resulting from any other transactions between Users of the LSFL Platform.

Account Registration; Content

Consumer Accounts, Ids And Passwords

When Consumers wish to access certain Services available on or through certain areas of the Services, the Consumer must choose a password during completion of the Service’s registration process. By registering, Consumer represents, warrants and covenants that: (a) Consumer is least 18 years of age; (b) Consumer is using Consumer’s actual identity; (c) Consumer has provided only true, accurate, current and complete information about Consumer during the registration process; and (d) Consumer will maintain and promptly update the information that Consumer provides to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Consumer may update information at any time by logging into the Services and clicking on "Log In."

Content

LSFL Services display both LSFL-created content and content that is not created or developed by LSFL (the "Content"). We may review third party-content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But we do not routinely screen third-party content that is published via our Services. This includes the Content that Lawyers post on LSFL, including, but not limited to, case studies, credentials and verdicts and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, adequacy or quality of any such Content, or the qualifications of those posting it.

License

Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, Consumers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, revocable license to (i) access and use the Services and the Content, and (ii) copy, download and store the Content to enable printing and/or offline viewing of any such Content solely for your non-commercial use and not for resale or distribution to anyone else. Using the Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services or the Content accessed. Except in the context of browsing or accessing Services in accordance with these Terms, Content from our Services may not be uses unless Consumer obtains permission from its owner or is otherwise permitted by law. These Terms do not grant Consumers the right to use any branding or logos used in the Services. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with the Services. You cannot use any aspect of the Services or the Content to compile lists of Lawyers for commercial purposes, to establish independent data files or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the LSFL, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms of Use permit you to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material from the Services.

Users must not:

• Modify copies of any materials from the Services.
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Services.
• Users must not access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Services or materials available through the Services.

Trademarks

The Company name Body Focus International, Inc. d/b/a Search Local, the brand “Local Search for Lawyers”, the Company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Term and Termination

These Terms will take effect at the time Consumer clicks "I Agree" or accesses, uses or browses the Services or any Content. LSFL reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, without notice to Users: (a) to deny access to the Services, the Content or any portion thereof and (b) to change, remove or discontinue the Services or any portion thereof, or any of the Content or services available on or through the Services. Upon termination of Services, all licenses granted to Users under these terms immediately and automatically terminate and Users may no longer access, browse or otherwise use the Services, the Content or any portion thereof.

Lawyer Reviews and Ratings; Case Results

The Lawyer Reviews and Ratings are based on online reviews provided by Consumers. Consumer assessments of the same Lawyers may be very different, or be based upon different information. The results of a Lawyer Review are not an endorsement of any individual Lawyer, and are not a guarantee of a Lawyer’s skills, competency, or character. The Lawyer Reviews and Ratings are intended to be an to gather information about Lawyers who may be the right fit for your legal needs, however, you should not rely only on the Lawyer Reviews and Ratings in deciding whether to contact or engage any given Lawyer. Please also note that the Reviews and Ratings should not be relied upon as a predictor of the outcome of any matter in which an engaged Lawyer is involved. Any case results and settlements listed on the Services are no guarantee of a similar result in Consumer’s case. The results or outcome of your legal case may vary.

The Services and the Content are provided for informational purposes only, and are not intended as a substitute for professional legal advice. User-Posted Content & Other Interactive Services

LSFL may include interactive areas in which Users may post content and information, including peer endorsements and reviews, questions and answers, comments, photos, and other materials (the "User Content"). Users retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content Users post to LSFL. User is also solely responsible for User’s use of such interactive features, and use them at User’s own risk. LSFL reserves the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason; including User Content that LSFL deems, in its sole discretion, to be illegal, offensive, obscene, abusive, harassing, commercial in nature, infringing, inappropriate or otherwise violates the terms and conditions of these Terms or LSFL policies.

When Users post User Content to LSFL, User gives LSFL and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such User Content throughout the world in any media. To the extent such content is attached to a profile on the LSFL Services, the foregoing license includes a right to reproduce User profiles, and any name, likeness or photograph contained in such profile. Indemnification

Applicable Law and Venue

The laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law provisions, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services and the Content. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services and the Content will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bronx County, New York, US and User and LSFL consent to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in such courts.

The Services and Content are controlled and operated by LSFL from its offices within the United States. We make no representation that this website, and the Services and Content are appropriate or available for use outside of the United States, and access to the Services and Content from territories where the Services and Content are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access the Services and Content from locations outside of the United States do so of their own volition and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Waiver, severability, and assignment

LSFL’ failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full effect and an enforceable term or terms will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible. User may not assign any of User’s rights under these Terms, and any attempt to do so will be void. LSFL may assign its rights to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or to any successor in interest of any business associated with the Services.
